I honestly don't know how to explain this one. I was listening to Cobra Starship's ¡Viva La Cobra! and just started sketching this. This is pretty much my interpretation of "The World Has Its Shine (But I Would Drop It On A Dime)", "Smile For The Paparazzi", and "Angie". I have no idea if Angie's a real person or what she looks like. You're going to have to ask Gabe Saporta about that one. I suggest Twitter, but don't bring up Millionaires...
